Can I keep my exisiting phone numbers?
Absolutely! We can port  up to 99.9% of all existing telephone numbers. Plus...add up to 200 more for no charge.

What type of handsets does your system support?
We have a number of handsets to fit any company budget. View our handsets here.

How reliable is your voice service?
You are guaranteed 99.9% service availability of the total applicable time for each month, otherwise a service credit will be provided.

How is the iPBX managed?
ITS provides the iPBX as a managed service.  All management of the system is done through a web interface.  Access can be give to an in-house IT member if necessary.

My company has multiple offices. Can iPBX integrate all of my office locations?
Definitely!  Not only can we tie all of the locations together, you won’t have to pay inter-office call usage charges.  Your employees will be able to dial each other by their direct extension through the iPBX.

Is there any way we can use our existing phones (TDM)?
There is additional hardware that we can utilize to support your existing TDM phones.  You will not lose any normal PBX functionality by utilizing your existing phones.

Do I have to have a separate device for On Hold Music?
All of your On Hold Music is stored on our iPBX system.  It is no longer necessary to have a separate device for On Hold Music.  Your On Hold Music is stored on the iPBX as an MP3 file.

What happens if our phones system suffers hardware failure?
A backup of the system is performed nightly to ensure quick restoration of the system.  An ITS team member will dispatch immediately after a system failure to replace any necessary hardware.
